Communication to players' parents is vital to our program success. Therefore, we ask all parents to complete the registration form to ensure we have the most up-to-date contact information, and preferences on how you like to be communicated (text, email, etc.)

ALL players (especially rising 9th graders) who will play for the Cougars in fall 2025 must complete the registration form below.
